Buying or using JoomReem products or services implies that the user/customer has both read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. JoomReem reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
1. Purchasing an Extension
Purchasing an extension grants you full access to the extension's latest version, updates, and premium support for the specific subscription period outlined on the product page. By purchasing an extension, you agree that:
- Unlimited Usage: You are free to install and use the extension on an unlimited number of websites.
- GPL Licensing: All GPL extensions by JoomReem are released as Open Source GNU GPL v2.0 license releases. There are no limitations or conditions beyond those stated in the GNU GPL v2.0 license.
- Pricing: JoomReem reserves the right to offer discounts or modify prices at any moment, without prior notice.
- Subscription Expiry: After your subscription expires, you can continue to use the version of the extension you have downloaded forever, without restrictions. However, you will no longer have access to new updates, downloads, or premium support unless you renew your subscription.
- Account Sharing: While you may install the extension on unlimited sites, your JoomReem user account cannot be shared. Sharing login credentials to allow multiple users to access downloads simultaneously is strictly forbidden and may result in the termination of your support and update access.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including PayPal. JoomReem does not store your financial details (credit card numbers) on our servers.
3. Refund Policy (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
We believe in our products. If you are not satisfied with our Joomla! extensions for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
- Full Refund: We will provide a 100% full refund. We do not deduct transaction fees.
- How to Request: Please contact us via the contact page with your Order Number and the name of the extension.
- Feedback: While not required, we appreciate knowing the reason for the return so we can improve our software.
- Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Limitation of Support:
JoomReem reserves the right to limit or deny support in the following situations:
- Unreasonable behavior by the client (including profanity, racism, or abuse).
- Issues related to server misconfiguration that are outside the scope of the extension.
- The client is uncooperative in providing necessary details (such as logs or screenshots) to resolve the issue.
5. Warranty and Liability
JoomReem products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
- Damages: In no event shall JoomReem be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use JoomReem products.
- Compatibility: All products are designed and tested for the latest stable versions of Joomla 4 and Joomla 5. We cannot guarantee that our products will function with all 3rd party Joomla! extensions, as there is no uniform certification process for such extensions.
- Illegal Content: We do not support the use of our products on sites containing illegal content, adult material, or unlicensed gambling operations.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our downloads and support services at any time, without notice, if you are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions (e.g., account sharing or piracy).
7. Copyright & Ownership
The software code is licensed under GPL. However, the JoomReem brand, site content, and documentation remain the property of JoomReem. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon, please contact us immediately.
8. Software License: GNU/GPL V2
JoomReem extensions are licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2.0. You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to the products to fit your specific needs.
- Redistribution: Redistribution of the original or modified version must be done in accordance with the GNU GPL license.
- Copyright Headers: You must not remove the copyright information in the header of the XML descriptor file or the PHP source files.
9. Trademark & Branding (Additional Terms)
According to Section 2 of GNU/GPL V2, the following terms apply to the JoomReem Trademark:
"JoomReem" and all non-generic Extension names are trademarks of JoomReem. The licensing of the code under the GPL does not imply a trademark license.
- Usage: Licensees are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the JoomReem logo only in connection with unmodified copies of the Extensions.
- Forking/Modifying: If you distribute a modified fork of our extensions, you must:
- Remove all references to "JoomReem", our specific extension names, and logos from the user interface.
- Remove any code that connects to JoomReem servers (e.g., for update checks).
- Rename the extension so it is not confusingly similar to the original name.
- Not use the name "JoomReem" to endorse or promote the derived product without prior written permission.
- Source Code: The copyright notices within the source code files must remain fully intact.
