not all the images converted

The extension optimizes images when they are loaded for the first time and then reused for the subsequent visits.

yes i have visited all the website but still 1 image optimized

Also there is a debug mode switch in the advanced tab, please turn it on and look at the logs path you will find a log file with name: jrimageoptimizer.log.php, this will clarify whether the plugin is working or not.

I have checked the final rendered html source and I can confirm that the plugin is working.
But, I can see also that your pages are built with sp page builder, so try to move the JR Image Optimizer plugin to be executed after the System - SP PageBuilder plugin.
It would be better to make it the last system plugin to be executed, because it works on the final rendered html.

Just take a backup, try this change and let me know the results.

The main issue I can find with your site is that there are webp versions of the images, you can see them by checking the html source, and this prevents the plugin from converting them because it converts other formats to webp and doesn't convert webp to webp, only the logo file which doesn't have a webp version so the plugin generated one for it, this is what you can see in the stats module.
Maybe SP PageBuilder or HelixUlitmate have an option to generate webp versions on the fly, so please check them and turn this option off if it exists.

Other than this, the plugin has increased the mobile performance from 40 to 60 just by enabling it, where it has add the required lazy loading and missing dimensions attributes, etc.. 
I have attached the before and after PageSpeed reports (LCP reduced by 2s and CLS went down to 0 from 0.512).

If you searched for .webp in the html source of that page you will find 26 webp image link there.
