I also have the same issue.
I have set k2 to jQuery library handling: Load v1.10.2 (local copy)

It is working correctly at the link you posted above, do you have any other problem?

There are many sub categories, but none of them are showing.
The "Levels to render" setting is empty which should display all, but it is only displaying the top category.
For example, drums has 2 more sub categories: see 108.163.203.210/~goodwin/xjoomla/index.php/drums

Hello Jeff,
I'm sorry for the delay, Friday is my weekend.
Please let me know where the subcategories does not show, in the module tree or in the category page?
I can't see the module in the page you posted above.

Wow, see I am a mac user. So I did not think to try and click on that tiny triangle slightly hidden by the dotted lines.
I'll have to edit the styling to get it to be more obvious.
Thanks for pointing it out to me.
Next issue, the sub-categories are not using the "Title Characters Limit" set in the module.
As a test I set the limit to 15. The parent categories get truncated but not the sub-cats.

ok, that fixed the title issue.
I also just realized why I thought the module was broken. The expand/collapse buttons do not change the cursor from an arrow to the hand, which typically indicates that the user should click on the icon.
