There is no extra fields while adding an item, both in frontend as well as backend.

How to send you backend URL? and pass?
Please find the attachments. (Note that I had just changed my k2 language file: Extra Fields=Supplier Specifications, item name=Supplier Name)
In the Third Attachment, you cannot find extra group attached in extra fields tab!
